MISSIONS IN PUERTO RICO | Joshua Expeditions

OVERVIEW

See the world through the eyes of a child as you serve the local population on the Missions in Puerto Rico trip! Create fun-filled activities for the local communities and teach them the love of Christ through VBS, dramas, songs, and games (light construction projects also available). In addition, take a catamaran cruise to Icacos Island & snorkel in the Caribbean Ocean!

ITINERARY

DAY 1: TRAVEL DAY

Arrive and meet your JE Tour Director at the San Juan airport
Transfer to your hotel
Visit a local beach and enjoy the island sunset (if time allows – depending on flight schedule)
Dinner at a local restaurant
Devotions at hotel

DAYS 2-3: MINISTRY DAYS

Breakfast
Full day of ministry spending time with JE’s local partners giving back & sharing the love God has shown us
Lunch
Afternoon ministry activity
Return to hotel
Dinner
Devotions

DAY 4: OLD SAN JUAN TOUR / HALF MINISTRY DAY

Breakfast
Spend half a day working alongside one of JE’s ministry partners
Lunch
Afternoon Old San Juan city tour (known for its rich history, old forts, cobblestone streets & old-world elegance)
Shopping
Dinner
Devotions

DAY 5: CATAMARAN CRUISE / SNORKELING

Breakfast
Transfer to El Rey Marina
Morning catamaran cruise out to the uninhabited little island of Icacos
Swimming & snorkeling in the crystal-clear water
Lunch served on the boat
Transfer back to Isla Verde
Dinner
Devotions

DAY 6: TRAVEL DAY

Breakfast and devotions
Transfer to Airport
