Time to journey to one of the most historic countries in the World! On this Best of England tour, your group will never run out of things to do or places to go. Witness some of the most notable locations London has to offer including Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and St. Pauls Cathedral before venturing outside the city to visit Shakespeare’s home in Stratford-Upon-Avon, historic Oxford University, Stonehenge, and much more!

DAY 1 – TRAVEL DAY
DAY 2 – LONDON
- After meeting your JE Tour Director at the airport, you will transfer by coach to your hotel
- Introductory London bus tour with a guide
- Arrive at hotel and transfer to metro
- Dinner
- Tonight, ride the famous London Eye!
DAY 3 – LONDON
- Breakfast
- Depart via Metro
- Morning guided tour of Westminster Abbey followed by exterior visit to Buckingham Palace for pictures
- Lunch
- Afternoon self-guided visit to the National Gallery
- Late afternoon shopping in Covent Gardens
- Dinner
*Tonight, the group may opt for a West End Show – ask for prices.
DAY 4 – LONDON
- Breakfast
- Morning self-guided tour of the Tower of London
- Lunch at Borough Market
- Afternoon self-guided visit to St. Paul’s Cathedral OR a Sunday Church service (depending on the day)
- St. Paul’s Cathedral’s Evensong
- Dinner
DAY 5 – WINDSOR / LONDON
- Breakfast
- Depart via metro then train for Windsor
- Morning self-guided visit to Windsor Castle
- Lunch in the town with time to shop and explore the area
- Late afternoon train return to London
- Dinner
- Night view of the Tower Bridge
DAY 6 – BATH
- Breakfast
- Depart via coach for West England
- Morning self-guided visit to Stonehenge
- Transfer to Bath via coach
- Lunch in Bath
- Afternoon visit to the Roman Baths
- Afternoon time to shop and explore Bath
- Transfer to Gloucester
- Check into hotel
- Dinner
DAY 7 – THE COTSWOLDS
- Breakfast
- Morning time to explore Gloucester
- Visit to the Gloucester Cathedral
- Lunch and time to shop and explore Burton-on-the-Water
- Afternoon guided walking tour of Cirencester
- Time to shop and explore Cirencester
- Dinner
- Depart for Oxford hotel
- Arrive at Oxford hotel for check-in
DAY 8 – OXFORD
- Breakfast
- Morning self-guided visit to Blenheim Park and gardens
- Lunch
- Afternoon guided walking tour of Oxford which includes visit to Christ Church
- Late afternoon time to explore and shop in the area
- Dinner
- Return to hotel
DAY 9 – TRAVEL DAY
