ITINERARY
DAY 1: TRAVEL DAY
- Travel to Cusco, Peru & meet your JE Tour Director
- Transfer to hotel for check-in
- Enjoy a city tour before dinner (based on flight times)
- Dinner & devotions at hotel
DAY 2: MINISTRY DAY
- Breakfast at hotel
- Spend the day working alongside local orphanages where your group will have time to interact with the children through games, storytelling, etc.
- Lunch
- Transfer from ministry site
- Dinner & devotions at hotel
DAY 3: SACRED VALLEY / PISAC MARKET
- Breakfast at hotel
- Transfer to the Sacred Valley to start a full-day excursion to Pisac Market & the Ollantaytambo Fortress
- Lunch
- Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station to travel by train to Aguas Calientes near Machu Picchu
- Take a walk through the town upon arrival & check in at the hotel
- Dinner & devotions at hotel
DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU
- Breakfast at hotel
- Catch an early morning bus to Machu Picchu, known as the ‘Lost City of the Incas’
- Your group will arrive in time to watch the sunrise over the Sun Gate & explore
- Lunch
- Afternoon train back to Aguas Calientes
- Dinner & devotions at hotel
DAY 5: AGUAS CALIENTES / CUSCO
- Breakfast at hotel
- Check out & transfer to Ollantaytambo train station
- Transfer to Cusco
- Arrive in Cusco & check into hotel
- Dinner & devotions at hotel
DAY 6: TRAVEL DAY
- Breakfast at hotel & check out
- Transfer to airport for your flight home
