Day 2 - Capital City Walk / Nature Hike

Depart for Cerro Ancón
Morning scenic hike at Cerro Ancón Hill – enjoy panoramic views & interesting wildlife
Lunch at Cinta Costera
Afternoon scenic hike at Cinta Costera
Visit Panama’s new & old districts on a guided walking tour
Beach time at Playa Veracruz

Day 3 - Ministry Day / Local School Visit / Panama City

Breakfast at hotel
Morning service-learning / school exchange visit or community children feeding program
Lunch in town or at school
Afternoon walk through the Amador Causeway for panoramic views of the city

Day 4 - Embera / Panama Canal

Ride up the river in a canoe with two indigenous “boteros” & arrive in Emberá
Morning traditional musical greeting
Spend time exploring the village & interacting with local villagers

Afternoon walk through the jungle with a village elder learning about the medicinal plants the Emberá use
Guided tour of the Panama Canal
