Travel Details

Each JE Trip has a Trip Coordinator assigned to plan the trip details. You will receive an email from them once you complete the trip Expedition Form. They will help answer all your questions and help prepare you for your travel itinerary.

It is important that you are aware of your group’s airline policies and baggage requirements. Contact JE for further details.

Trip Applications

Every traveler will need to complete an application including adult leaders. Once an application is completed this allows the travelers to log in to their online account and registers the travelers to the trip account.

It is our desire at JE to provide you with the best experience possible, and a clear understanding of your trip expectations will allow us to serve you better.

Rooming List Template

For an example of a rooming list, please view the attached document below. Contact your Trip Coordinator for rooming info specific to your tour.

Traveler's Pledge

In addition to your trip application, we need you to fill out a Traveler’s Pledge. Please complete the following form and return to your group leader.

Group Emergency Contact Plan

In the unlikely event of trip schedule changes, flight delays/cancellations, or emergencies, please tell us how your group would like to be contacted.

Guidelines for Group Leaders

Chaperones are a part of your group to help maintain order and discipline while on your trip. Please share these guidelines with them, sign, and return to your trip coordinator.
