OVERVIEW
Located 30 minutes outside of Panama City Beach, Florida, your group will experience the joy of Florida’s warmth and waters! Play in the waves, relax by the pool, serve with a local ministry, have fun at a water park, and more on this Florida retreat!
ITINERARY
DAY 1: TRAVEL DAY / BEACH TIME
- Arrive at the Florida Retreat property and meet your JE Tour Director
- Lodging check-in and orientation to the week
- Walk across the street and enjoy beach time before dinner
- Devotions on the beach
DAY 2: WATER PARK / BEACH TIME
- Breakfast at the retreat
- Spend your day enjoying your retreat property and its 16 swimming pools, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and Gaga ball
- Walk across the street and enjoy beach time as a group in the Gulf of Mexico
- Spend your afternoon at a nearby water park, enjoying its many pools, slides, and rivers (pending park availability)
- Lunch and dinner at the retreat each day
- Devotions on the beach in the evening
DAY 3: MINISTRY / BEACH TIME
- Breakfast at the retreat
- Spend your morning serving at a local ministry (ministry projects may include working with children, in distribution centers, sorting clothes, serving food, preparing other donations, light construction / maintenance, and more)
- Spend your afternoon at your retreat property enjoying its many pools, games, and beach
- Lunch and dinner at the retreat each day
- Devotions on the beach in the evening
DAY 4: BEACH TIME / TRAVEL DAY
- Breakfast at the retreat
- Final time enjoying the beach or pool before checking out of your lodging and beginning your journey home
IMPORTANT TRIP INFORMATION
- This trip includes bunk-style accommodations and all travelers will be responsible for providing their own linens, towels, toiletries, etc. (a beach towel and sunscreen is also recommended)
- No lifeguard on-site
OPTIONAL ADD-ON ACTIVITIES
- Ask about adding additional days for snorkeling or a light hike!
